Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website.
Last updated: October 25, 2026
We want everyone to be able to find information and contact Jordan River Primary Care, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard, magnifier or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We're working toward that goal, and we check the site as we make changes.
What we've done
- Images have text descriptions. Decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
- Text is sized and colored for readable contrast against its background.
- You can use the whole site with a keyboard. A "Skip to content" link and a visible focus outline help you move around.
- Pages use clear headings and work when you zoom in to 200%, on phones and on computers.
- Animations are turned off if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Spanish text is marked so screen readers pronounce it correctly. Se habla español.
Known limitations
Some parts of the site come from other companies, and we can't fully control how accessible they are:
- the map (Google Maps)
- the contact form (Google Forms)
- the online booking page
If one of these doesn't work for you, please call us. We're glad to answer questions, take a message or book your appointment by phone.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please call us or see the Contact page. Let us know which page you were on and what happened. We'll help you get the information another way and work on fixing the problem.
You're also welcome to ask about accessibility at the clinic, including help with forms or communication during your visit.
